Submitting Requests Online

If you are a Tenant and need to request maintenance at your unit you can use Appfolio to send in detailed information and see realtime updates.

Submitting Maintenance Requests in Appfolio

Once logged in to the Online Portal, you can select to Request Maintenance from either the homepage or the Maintenance tab.

Follow the steps

• 1. Provide detailed description of the maintenance request in the What needs attention? box
• 2. Add photos if you can so that our vendors can better prepare to service the area.
• 3. Indicate to us if the vendor is allowed to be given a key to enter and make the repair
