Our company began operations in 1991 under the leadership of President Beverly Christensen. We are licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission under the brokerage of Frank Gilliam. We are members of The National, Texas and Collin County Association of Realtors, National Association of Residential Property Managers and Community Associations Institute.
