ACC Requests Please remember that any and all additions, construction or changes to your property need to be submitted to the Board in the form of an Architectural Change Application. One is available on our website for your convenience. You may mail or fax your request in and we will submit to the Board. ACC requests will be reviewed to assure that they comply with the Restrictions, Covenants and Rules of the Association. These requests must be submitted and approved before a city permit is applied for. Paylease.com For your convenience you may now pay your dues to the Association on paylease.com. This will enable you to pay your dues online by electronic check or credit card for a small fee, or also set up recurring payments. Please review the enclosed information if you would like to use this service.
