                                                 NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

FEBRUARY 22, 2007

 Dear Collin Square Home Owner:

 As managing agent for Collin Square Homeowners Association, we are pleased to advise you of the Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday, February 22, 2007. The purpose of this meeting will be for the general election of candidates to the Board of Directors, present reports and conduct the business of the Association. If you are interested in running for a position on the Board, please fill out the enclosed Candidate Form and return it no later than February 16, 2007 to : The Collin Square HOA, PMB 241, 101 N. Greenville Ave, Ste C, Allen, TX 75002-9117 or fax it to 866-812-8811.

Time:                Meeting - 7:00 P.M.

Location:          Allen Public Library

                        300 North Allen Dr., Allen TX 75013

 The meeting will start at 7:00 P.M. in the conference room located directly across from the coffee shop. Enclosed for your convenience is an owner information update form. These are important to have on file in case we need to contact you. Also included is a proxy, which can be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting. It is very important that you assign your proxy to someone if you cannot attend, for the meeting cannot be held unless a quorum is present, either in person or by proxy. Please mail your signed proxy no later than February 16, 2007 to: The Collin Square HOA, PMB 241, 101 N. Greenville Ave, Ste C, Allen, TX 75002-9117, or you may fax your proxy to 1-866-812-8811. Please do not assign the enclosed proxy to yourself.  The proxy will also be available on our website, circlec.com.
