Circle C Properties Management services encompass Residential Management,
Home Owner Association management and building
Management. With building management we are able to
service multiple tenant commercial buildings and small
apartment complexes in addition to single tenant
occupancy buildings under a variety of maintenance
arrangements. The Company began in 1992 and around 1999
began HOA management. Circle C currently oversees around
260 residential properties, 8 home owner associations,
and several different commercial buildings.
Our
philosophy of management is one of diligent property
maintenance, proactive tenant relations which hold
tenants and many times relocate to our own inventory
tenants that become loyal to us, and reasonable costs
along with the philosophy that you do not want to let a
property run down to a point of major rehabilitation at
any time.
Our
success in leasing is in clean presentable vacant
properties, willingness to accommodate reasonable
requests as long as they improve the property in some
way, and pricing the property reasonable to the
marketplace to entice a tenant quickly.
We use a
delegation of management tasks of a property manager,
marketing manager, accounting, HOA manager and various
assistant roles to those main areas. An owner may have
contact with different individuals in various phases of
make ready to marketing to administration.
Our
philosophy in HOA management is one that we are advisory
according to documents and law, but the extension and
facilitator of the board of director mandates,
resolutions and administrative decisions and policy
resolution.
