Circle C Homepage and Site Family
The Circle C company and marketing philosophy of
“Our Clients are First” is evident from the moment a
prospective tenant visits our web site. Rather than
filling the home page with self promotion where the
prospect must search to find our properties, we
place them right in the forefront to grasp their
attention with exterior photos and a single click
leads to an interior virtual tour. The page directs
traffic of up to 700 page views a day through
organic search engine placements. Upgrading and
utilizing pay per clicks and sponsored links are now
a part of the process of the new site build for
2007-2008. This will further increase this
traffic. Other sites owned and operated that pull
traffic into web our include these below. These
additional sites contribute significantly to the
traffic directed to our frontage where your listing
and its pictures reside.
Multiple
Listing Service (MLS):
This is a huge resource for the acquisition of
tenants and more often than not our tenants come
through this network. It makes the lease
information available to the entire North Texas
network of licensed agents. NTREIS (North Texas Real
Estate Information System) is the main searchable
database used by Realtors when locating properties
for their clients. Information is pulled directly
from MLS into Realtor.com and thousands others,
capturing tenants who are searching those databases.
NTREIS, Realtor.com, century21.com, ebby
halliday.com and thousands of other sites who feed
data through the IDX data base
Yard
Signs
This traditional form of advertising is still one of
the most reliable. Approximately 35% of leads come
from people driving through neighborhoods in search
of properties or a friend from within the
neighborhood who sees the sign. When considering the
purchase of a property, find out the Association
guidelines for rental signs. Some do not allow any
signage, others will allow a sign but it can not
read “For Lease”. We have had signs made
specifically for each situation.
Rentals.com
(formerly Rentclicks.com)
This is the primary paid advertisement site Circle C
uses. It is free for tenants to search. Our most
productive form of web ads, a large portion of our
internet responses come from this site. This site
has just expanded and the information for select
properties that need the extra exposure will be
expanded into this optional extra network of sites.
Rentals, RentalHouses, Efind.com, Oodle, GoogleBase,
Edgeio, OLX, VAST, Lycos, Local.com, News on Deals,
Express.com, Friendster, Tribe, Worldnow
Craigslist.com
This is a free advertisement site that has become
extremely popular, beginning in California but now a
nationwide portal of things for sale, services and
real estate listings. We get a constant flow of
leads daily through the DFW version of this site. It
requires maintenance to keep the listings the most
visible but is a valuable marketing tool.
Dallasbackpage.com
This is the Dallas version of craigslist and is
moderately successful.
Print
Advertisement
With the advent and popularity of web marketing, we
have seen a decline in responses to print
advertising. However, in order to not miss any
traditionalists, we still advertise in all of the
suburban newspapers.
