Beverly is the founder of Circle C Property Management
and has been involved in Real Estate for more than 15
years now. She began working as a sales agent in
1991 and soon after acquired 10 clients from a partner
who was moving out of state to pursue other options.
Since then she has worked to grow her company from 10
to 250+ clients and properties. She worked solo on the
accounts for several years and in 1994 her
granddaughter, Elizabeth Garcia, started helping out by
filing papers and organizing the office. In 1996 Dave,
Bev’s oldest son, began his interest in the company and
helped Beverly with her growing tasks. Three grew to
four in 1999 with the addition of Beverly’s son in law,
Frank Gilliam. In the past two years the company has
grown to include agents Sylvia McCormick and Javier
Paniaqua and Beverly’s daughter, Laura Gilliam, as our
HOA Manager. These past years have also seen Dave move
into the broker position as we branch out from Century
21, Frank move up as not only an agent but also our
Marketing Manager and Elizabeth has become the company
Book Keeper. Bev’s other two children are involved in
different ways with Sally as a recent vendor and Brett
one of our long time owners.
In
early 2007 Circle C Properties broke away from Century
21 to become its own withstanding company. In the days
with the company however, Beverly was a multi million
sales agent and won ‘Top Team’ from 1999 to 2005. She
is a part of NARPM (National Association of Residential
Property Managers), CAI (Community Association
Institute) and CCAR (Collin County Association of
Realtors).
Beverly’s accomplishments are not only in real estate.
She has been an interior designer since the 70’s and won
many awards during her extensive career with Sherwin
Williams. She has been a seamstress and designer all
her life, selling quilts and clothes of her own design
for many years now. She created her own line of fancy
western shirts, as worn to rodeos and by country music
stars. She has made and sold her own quilts and held
craft booths in many of the top outdoor markets in the
DFW area.
She
is originally from, Utah. There she was married and had
four children. Being affiliated with the air force, the
Christensens moved around for many years before settling
in the DFW area in 1970. After living in many western
states including California, New Mexico, Arizona and
Utah the family decided to move eastward and found their
home in Richardson, Texas. All four children grew up
and went to school in the area, three of whom still live
in Texas.
