As a member of the
Walnut Creek Homeowner’s Association you may be unaware of certain deed
restrictions that are in place to protect the property values and
maintain overall community appearance. As the managing agent for the
association it is our responsibility to notify and assist all
homeowner’s with compliance to these restrictions.
Some of the things
we look for when driving your neighborhood are as follows:
- Long grass that
needs mowing
- Grass that needs
edging
- Beds that needs
cleaned out. (This is not necessarily weeds but also grass that may be
growing)
- Bushes growing too
big
- Clutter in yard
such as excessive newspapers, etc.
- Peeling paint on
house.
Please note that we
try to be as fair as possible when driving your subdivision. If you feel
that something is in error please feel free to contact us.
