Dear Homeowner,

 As the new management company for your Association, we have a few items we need to inform you about!

 ACC Requests

Please remember that any and all additions, construction or changes to your property need to be submitted to the Board in the form of an Architectural Change application. One is available on our website for your convenience. You may mail or fax your request in and we will submit to the board. ACC requests will be reviewed to assure that they comply with the Restrictions, Covenants and Rules of the Association. These requests must be submitted and approved before a city permit is applied for.

New Fence

We hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful new fence the Association has built for the community along Jackson Road. For all members living along this fencing, we ask that you please keep all trees, bushes and vines trimmed back from the inside and top of the fence at least 12 inches. This will allow us to keep the upkeep and maintenance of the fence to minimum for the HOA, meaning less cost for all in the future.

For your convenience we will have set up for July dues the Association on paylease.com. This will enable you to pay your dues online by electronic check or credit card for a small fee, or also set up recurring payments. We will send out this information with your July assessment reminder. Of course we will always accept dues payments by mail, these services are your choice to sign up for.

For inquiries on your account and general questions please contact Circle C at hoacare@circlec.com or by phone. This includes Architectural requests for the ACC Committee. We also request if you have seen any suspicious activity in the neighborhood (i.e. vandalism etc.) could you please report to the police department immediately and let us know by email or phone. For emergencies call 911, for non emergency in City of Carrollton call 972-466-3333. Any information you feel is helpful for the board to know we will forward on. The website for the community is circlec.com/parksofcarrollton; we will periodically post information for the community on the website. Please let us know if there is anything you would like to see included.

As part of their duties, Circle C is tasked with driving through the neighborhood and reviewing the general upkeep of structures, fences, yards, driveways, landscape, etc.  This is done to assure that we all work as a team of neighbors to help keep our neighborhood beautiful and our property values at their highest.

Here is a list of items Circle C will begin driving the neighborhood to check for

• Fences kept in repair
• tall weeds and grass; un-edged lawns
• Tress an bushes along new fence kept trimmed
• low hanging limbs over sidewalks
• window-unit air conditioners in windows
• trailers permanently parked in the street
• broken down or abandoned cars on the street or in driveways
• trash awaiting pickup sitting on the sidewalk or out in the street obstructing foot or vehicle traffic
• large travel trailers parked in front of homes or in driveways
• materials, supplies or junk stored beside houses or in driveways

There is a $25 fine that can be assessed after requests to correct have been exhausted.
