 The
Sprinkler system needs so to be inspected and we need
two things to do this. Can all of you please check
your building for tags on the Main riser equipment where
the wheel is located. If you could report the contact
information to me we can check the status of the company
that has been servicing the equipment, then management
can contact them. We also need to locate, identify and
arrange access to all the areas control equipment is
located. Please report these locations to me

account and have a check to read your routing and account
number from the check. Pay to your address. You can use a
credit card but the payment fees are a lot higher and vary

A
new late fee schedule will go into effect on February 1st.
On the 15th
of the month there will be a $50 late charge. If dues have
not arrived by the 30th of the month, an
additional late fee of $50 will be applied.
