In the coming weeks, we hope to establish the following committees
to help address concerns within our neighborhood. Participation and
involvement is completely volunteer.
Architectural Modifications Committee
Chairperson -

This committee ensures that the deed restrictions and covenants that
govern our community are adhered to by reviewing proposed changes to
property within the bounds of the association.
Social Committee
Chairperson -
Board Rep -
This committee promotes community spirit for all residents in our
association by coordinating special functions throughout the year. In
addition, they will play a vital role in the way in which we welcome our
new homeowners to our community.
Communications Liaison Committee
Chairperson -
Board Rep -
This committee shall foster dialog, discussions, and topics of concern
to the association by providing updated information to be posted on the
HOA website and by publishing a quarterly HOA newsletter. This committee
may include special positions as PTA Liaisons, City of Allen Liaison,
and AISD Liaisons, etc.
Safety Committee
Chairperson -
Board Rep -
This committee will encourage traffic and neighborhood safety within our
community. Our special charter for 2006 will be to help initiate a
Neighborhood Crime Watch Program among the local neighborhoods, which
should remain separate from the HOA. At least one committee member
should act as a liaison to the Crime Watch program for updates. The
involvement of all members is strongly encouraged to include identifying
block captains within each area or cul-de-sac.
Landscape & Beautification Committee

This committee oversees our common areas, coordinates Yard-of-the-Month
awards and Holiday Decorations contests, and seeks ways to beautify our
neighborhood.

Get involved in
the neighborhood!
We are always looking for volunteers who have the ideas, time,
and energy to make a difference in our community. Participate as
much or as little as you want.
Share your experience!
Know a good plumber, electrician, roofer, painter, or other home
contractor? Let us know so that we can recommend them to others.
Anything relating to the home is welcome.
